I don't think it looks anything like 14, Everything is upgraded from the arenas to the crowd, to the hitting, the player models, faces, game overlay & presentations...not sure what change you expected...I mean its...hockey.

I wasn't expecting them to get rid of half of the game modes, that's for sure. NHL 08 had more. Not worth it for a crowd I'll never pay attention to or a jersey that flows. EA is a joke

That surely would have been the case in Chicago, where Hayes ranked no higher than eighth on the Blackhawks depth chart of right wingers – Patrick Kane, Marian Hossa, Kris Versteeg and Ben Smith in the NHL, and Ryan Hartman, Mark McNeill and Jeremy Morin at the development level. That’s why Hayes sought the option to not sign with the Blackhawks following his college career and declare himself a free agent, the way Anaheim pick Justin Schultz did in 2012, signing with Edmonton instead.

I see no reason why Hayes can't produce at a similar rate to Riley Sheahan. Same draft year. Both out of college. Both have gotten into trouble off the ice. These guys were late 1st round picks and never considered as elite. At this point they should/could be solid 3rd line contributors.

Plus so far all the tweets I've read and reports coming from NY say the same thing. He will battle for a roster spot come September. He said himself in a tweet that his aim is to make the roster come October and prove himself in training camp. Doesn't sound like he negotiated any "guaranteed" top 6 spot to me.

Ouch! Brock Seguin has NJ predicted to finish 7th in the Metro. I pick them to be 3rd last. They will be batter than Carolina and Buffalo in the East which I guess would be the same as this guys prediction since Buffalo is Atlantic. It is an interesting read. Waiting for Flyers preview but I already know he is putting them 4th in Metro since he put Jackets 3rd and Rangers 2nd.

The Rangers signed a young hockey player named Kevin Hayes who is apparently Paris Hilton.

Hayes apparently was only good in college because he played on a line in between Wayne Gretzky and Gordie Howe but for some reason every GM in the league was interested in him leaving him with his choice of teams to play for.

Hayes apparently strolled right onto the Blackhawks logo and took a steaming dump by going to work for whatever team he d@mn3d well pleased rather than signing in Chicago.

No one knows why Hayes didn't sign in Chicago but that won't stop everyone from speculating and stating their theory as fact...for the record, my theory is Olivia Munn's pu$$y...it did wonders for Brad Richard's game.

Hayes could score 100 goals this year and still would not be good enough to make the Blackhawks roster ever...even though they need every cheap contract they can find since Toews/Kane make more money than god.

Americans are stupid but no one wants to live in most of Canada so it's a wash. The only thing we can all agree on is that 'at least we aren't Mexico.'

Rangers fans are overly defensive for not rolling over and agreeing with everyone.

EA's latest installment of the NHL series amounts to a roster update and features no one wants at the expense of things they liked...regardless, it will still be less than half as intuitive as Madden which is just dumbfounding since they could literally copy/paste.
