I'd let the players vote on it... that way no one can "complain" about the choice...

If I was to choose, I'd ask Markov... his for the taking. If he doesn't want it, Subban or Plekanec...I'd prefer Gallagher, but he's too young. (I know there are younger captains out there...but for his style of play, he'd need to be a more establish veteran in order to be named captain...).
