Ask around, family, friends, co-workers who know you, get them to refer their doctor to you.

Take all your ID that you have including you BC that is (frank)ed to the doctor, and I'm sure he'll help you out.

Didn't get that yet. Tried 2 years ago and they sent me to another place because I was already in the system. Hopefully it should work.

I could try again at the PP office and explain my situation.
