It is a (Frank)ing amazing destination. I didn't see the caribbean coast but I visit pretty much everything on the Pacific Coast. You will do a backpack or an All-Inclusive -- which I do not recommande because you will no expirement Costa Rica if you stay at an all inclusive!

Both are great options!! I'm telling you this is my favorite trip I have done except Italy which was completely different.

The wildlife and the jungle is amazing, tu te sens vraiment dépayser quand tu marche au millieur d'une jungle et que t'entend rien d'autre que la vie animale. Sometimes, there were monkeys at less than 1-2metre from us and they would juste stay there and pose for the cameras.

There is plenty of different activities to do - on water and on land. Some can be costly but most of them you need to try it.

Beside all of that, food and beer is pretty cheap. You can eat at lunch for 4-6bucks if you go to a "soda" for local food.
