I had to run an errand for work at the Polytechnique, end of the afternoon...I figured I'd be stuck there for a while, but they just reopened the Mercier bridge (it was one lane each direction for the last 2 months). I don't know if it's because nobody knew it was opened, but I never got off the island that fast during rush hour

yeah, I saw that when driving there on the first Friday of my vacation, trying to make it on time for the Blue Jays game...Good thing I was driving towards downtown and not out of it. Traffic in the other direction was crazy
