Ontario used to have Grade 13(wtf) and I believe Quebec only goes to Grade 11 then 2 years of junior college. They used to(not sure if still can) be able to go out of province after Grade 11 and attend university. Had some 16-17 y/o's from PQ there when I attended UNB.

So this cat has been pissing and poopting in my flower beds. Quite a nice grey coloured thing.

Last week I had a smoke in the garage and left the door open, when I went to close it later, low and behold this god damn cat was in my garage.

Long story short, I got to zip strap a note to the cat's collar, a little message to the owners.
