When you pass them by, what you often see behind the wheel is a stressed out, face in the windshield person that doesn't look too confident about what he's/she's doing. I'm not singling them out, but personally, that's what I've seen most of the time.

There are two popular ones here, ZipCar and AutoShare. These programs absolutely serve a purpose. AutoShare actually provides continuous insurance for members, which in Ontario, is important if you ever want to get your own car again in the future.

I've notice the same thing...but add a back seat and passenger seat loaded up with crap (which is the reason they took the car, to move a bunch of poop around)...so you have this stressed out driver that doesn't know what they are doing and can't see anywhere but in front...
