When you're down this way we'll make it happen for you. I prefer scallops any day over lobster.

I don't mind either one.

This guy dips the lobster in vinegar first, then into the garlic butter.

It's pretty tastey that way.

what I meant to say is that I used to hate scallops because every time I tasted them they were hard and rubbery. Didn't know that it was because they were over-cooked.

God you are a (frank)ing Richard lately.

In fairness I did say sorry.
Also I didn't send the probe master to your office. I suspect it was DD. He can't be trusted.

Yes the tails are easy, same can't be said for the claws.
Bottom line for me is it doesn't have a lot of flavor which is why it needs to be dipped is something.

Take a heavier knife and chop it about 1cm into the large part of the claw, give the knife a twist and it busts right open.

Well look at this, a stubble jumper having to tell a guy from NS how to open a god damn lobster claw...

No charge.

Also, scallops wrapped in bacon on the bbq are pretty tasty too, dipped in cocktail sauce of course.

Edit: Now off to Superstore to get my ingredients
