This guy dips the lobster in vinegar first, then into the garlic butter.
It's pretty tastey that way. |

what I meant to say is that I used to hate scallops because every time I tasted them they were hard and rubbery. Didn't know that it was because they were over-cooked.

Yes the tails are easy, same can't be said for the claws.
Bottom line for me is it doesn't have a lot of flavor which is why it needs to be dipped is something. |

Bottom line for me is it doesn't have a lot of flavor which is why it needs to be dipped is something. - habs12
Take a heavier knife and chop it about 1cm into the large part of the claw, give the knife a twist and it busts right open.
Well look at this, a stubble jumper having to tell a guy from NS how to open a god damn lobster claw... |
