Well, thanks to Stevie Y, the Detroit fans are becoming reluctant Tampa fans. Besides, we are better positioned for deep runs in future playoffs than the Wings. Making it to the playoffs every year for over two decades is a great accomplishment, but it doesn't mean much without a conference title or a Cup. I see the Bolts in the final four this coming year. Detroit would need a miracle to get past the first round.

I kind of expected more Detroit fans than this. But I guess most of them are still standing in the soup lines, or mugging someone, or being evicted from their rat trap of a house!

There is a reason Wings let him go, it wasn't about the money.
It was about putting everything on the line when it mattered.
He was similar to Franzen, frustrating to watch, all talent, no heart, just gliding around
the ice, not using his body, not fighting for the pucks and so on.
