I don't understand this obsession with Leaf fans about throwing revenue sharing and popularity in everyone's face?

If that was the goal of an NHL team, that'd be great, Leafs would be #1. But the goal is to win games, and win titles. Toronto is probably 10x more profitable and popular than Tampa, but Tampa is far more likely to achieve anything actually hockey related in the near future.
