It's probably because they know that none of the other 2 bidders can compete with Pegula so there's no bidding war.

But I doubt anyone else jumps into the fray knowing what we all do about Pegula. They should just get the show on the road and pick someone.

Danny Flynn was an assistant to Nolan on the 06-07 Islanders. He was also coincidentally Nolan's successor in Moncton from 07 to 13, making the playoffs 5 years in a row and won a memorial cup.

Danny Flynn a longtime wingman for Nolan. Worked together in Soo back in 90s, assisted Nolan with NYI, were again paired in Moncton.

Try not to get too angry that he has a past connection with Nolan.
