Hmm forgot. Same with Arco too.
I'd definitely sign Loktionov on a two way deal so that the farm team has a good offensive centre at that level. If he makes the team, even better. - ystoil
Low-risk, solid depth signing. Good possession numbers and would be first call-up. Heck, he may even challenge for a roster spot. Solid team thinking, buddy! |

Yak2 is a center, why do you keep changing everyones positions? lol - SpoiledByOil
I just keep bumping into bad sources. It must not be my day.
Perron- Yak2-Yak (A great line in the future maybe; has size, Grit, Energy, and tons of Skill)
Those two might be the best Russian Duo in the NHL once Yak2 fully develops as some of you are suggesting.
But then again. if you look at the system itself, we got Khaira , Chase, Pitlick, Lander, Horak, Moroz, and more.
Who knows what the bottom 6 might look like in 2 Years! |

that's pretty macT bold for a guy that had 34P in the WHL the season before this past.
I feel like Tyler Biggs or Kale Kessy might be close comparisons, looking at their CHL numbers. I'd think just under 20 points - TheNugeIsHuge
I think Biggs may be a decent comparison. In regards to his 34P season, wasn't he playing a checking role? I thought this past year was his first on a scoring line.
I'm not sure if its OKC practice to stick all newbies on checking lines, but why not start these guys in a role they can succeed. I mean Hamilton, Pitlick, Martindale all left junior at over a ppg average. Did they get the opportunity in their first year pro to be on scoring lines or were they bumped to 4th line duty? I don't have the answer, I'm actually curious to know. I know Hamilton and Pitlick had injuries consistently, so that affects things for sure. I do recall Pitlick being given the opportunity and he did start producing... until injury. |

I think under Tambo the farm system just wanted to be competitive and not developmental. MacT seems to have shifted that a bit. But if Mitch isn't ready to play a top 9 role then he shouldn't
Biggs had a pretty awful rookie pro season. 9P n scratched a lot in the playoffs too. I think just under 20P for Moroz'd be fine. Projects as a 3rd/4th liner so |

He gave it a solid effort, classic Leafs get the promising youth and they trade off all their unwanted spare parts. |

The guy is probably wondering why Nonis hasn't traded Phaneuf, Reimer and Lupul for Draisaitl and Evander Kane. I mean all teams want that big centre and goal scoring power winger right? |
