There are 4/5 guys that can easily come off the books next year. Moves will have to be made but those 4/5 guys add up to 5-6mil. All bottom 6 so they can HOPEFULLY be replaced by some Marlies which will balance out paying for Bernier and Kadri. (Assuming they have good years and earn it)

You really have to hope that some Marlies get to the point of being ready. With Kadri and Bernier likely signed to multi year deals between 4-6 (probably) that is now your "core" of players locked in pretty much. The Marlies and bottom 6 players HAVE to be good bang for your buck.

There is no reason not to give him what he wants.

If anything, signing him next year will cost even more.

Still expect this to be settled right before arbitration.

But I think Robidas is considerably better than Gunnarson or Polak.
