Brassard is a country mile ahead of Clarkson. Don't ever compare them to each other again. Clarkson is getting overpaid by $3.5 million a year and Brassard is getting overpaid maybe $500k.

Brassard is junk. Maybe not Clarkson junk, but junk nonetheless

Thats a no from me if im the jets. a solid no
- Lee Denault

Jets want Horvat as a part of the deal. I don't think the Jets would lose on that one. Kane still has a lot to prove.

Lol Brassard has 56 points in 94 regular season games and 24 points in 35 playoff games with the Rangers. He was also the 2nd main piece on our best line from start to finish last year.

Brassard is a big game player. He shows up consistently when it counts in the playoffs.

I've finally cracked it:

Komarov Konitola Winnik
Booth Santorelli Frattin/Bodie (depending on opposition)

Frattin/Bodie
Holland

- walshyleafsfan

I'm not convinced that Kontiola makes it.

TSN only gets 10 games next season. The minimum 26 game count starts in 2015-2016.
- mcleafs

“We’re a live event network so what we do is make sure we get the best live events available,” said TSN president Stewart Johnston. “When this became available, and what’s really appealing about the Senators, is the region that it encompasses with its local rights.

“With this deal _ along with 26 Leafs’ games and our Jets’ deal _ we have hockey right from Saskatchewan to the East Coast. We’re strong. There’s lots of hockey to talk about.”

I believe Duthie mentioned 26 leafs games on the final National broadcast
It will sort itself out over the next few weeks

I don't think Franson is near as bad as a large portion of our fanbase makes him out to be. Our team was so late to every loose puck, was often out worked and muscled in puck battles, had no concept of a team defensive plan or cohesion. Guys like Gards and Rielly got free passes on account of low salaries, youth and inexperience/potential but everyone looked brutal last year.

I want to keep Riemer. I believe he is a good goalie and will bounce back. Plus with the options of what is available to replace him with....I don't think we should be giving him away.

Im going to google Clitsnatch now and report back.

Oh you are correct about the 26, it was part of the new deal Rogers and Bell did when they bought MLSE. it just doesn't take into effect until 2015.

Next season (regional) is 10 to TSN, 17 to Leafs TV and 23 to Sportsnet. The remaining 32 games are all national, which is exclusive to Rogers and all their stations.

My bet is when a TSN ups to 26 the next season, most will come from Leafs TV.

Do you think Clarkson will be on the second line? I think he'll slow Kadri and lupul down. Maybe start him there, but he'll wind up on the 3rd line fo sho..
