I'll tell you what: I won't post any more signing, or trade TALKS int he future. I'm 40 years old, I've been involved in hockey since I was 5, and been paid to be a part of hockey since I was 18. I am around agents, players and G.M's because I actually played at a pro level for oh, about 13 years. A lot of my friends are still in the NHL, and now some of my friends sons are playing the OHL and have player reps and agents like PAT MORRIS who I hang with regularly!! Hey, I mentioned the Winnik signing because I was with Pat when he did it. I've also been hanging around Kyle Dubas since last year (when he drafted my son to play for the Greyhounds!!!) so bash all you want....it will be the last time you get anything from me Atomic Wedgie!!!

- Fountain-San

I don't mind it. They can't be any worse than Reimer was his last 20 games or so. No? I like this deal of and only if the leafs get boychuk or oduya.
- JVR_42_PK81

the idea that a player that had a bad stretch is now going to be that player from now on is...well stupid.

Reimer had a similar season to Bernier just 1 season before.
the Idea that Bernie can't falter either and Reimer is now a terrible backup because he only had a .909 sv after the olympics (which is better than Bernier) is a terrible way to run things.

Yeah, I'm really bad that way - pointing out the obvious.

That's the weird thing about the NHL - agents and GMs tend to talk to random guys, and don't swear them to secrecy.

It happens all the time.

And then those random guys refuse to divulge any more information when meany poopyheads question their veracity.

Except Ek, of course. That guy's a professional.

I can't wait for the Leafs to trade for a guy who is coming off of back surgery. That one seems like a really smart move.

You can have your own opinions about Reimer that's fine. He's a good goalie and Ithink he can be a starter but consistoncy won't be there. As for me I have never been a fan of Reimer's style. Way too many rebounds. Too floppy. Bad years are going to happen for him.

And all his friends still play in the NHL.

All his 40 year old friends.

And he hangs out with a 28 year old a lot - when he's not living in Tecumseh.

It bernier get hurt again and Brodeur is the backup..it will get worse
I just cant see that deal happening.. after several shrewd moves.

What's so hard to believe, not like he's posting Kane for Orr or something ridiculous?

He was 3 days early on Winnick - pulled it out of his hat?

He's not the end all to be all - I know it's hard to say when you like a certain player.

He predicted possibly the best UFA still available signed with a team.
30 teams in the NHL.
Maybe 10 teams who would be interested in another UFA.

He guessed right....how many guesses and predictions do you see on here every day? One of two have to come true......no need to butter his corn just yet.

Whatever, I believe him - no biggie if he's making it up either - you think if he's going to make poop up it would be better than Grant (frank)ing Clitsome

Exactly if he's going to stir things up talk about Bogosain.
