After about the mid point his third period brain farts weren't anything like the first half, I don't think we see this happen much this year.

Bernier = 26 - 19 - 7
Reimer = 12 - 16 - 1

That said, save percentage is far more accurate at measuring how well a goalie performed individually, than wins and losses, since the latter is more of a team stat.

Until Bernier got injured.

This isn't to say the Leafs didn't have other problems, but with a healthy Bernier they would have made the playoffs. Once in the playoffs though, they wouldn't have a chance of beating the Chicago's and the LA's with their possession numbers.

For a backup goalie, he's not bad at all. Not a bad signing in my opinion, I think the Leafs will be better than Ottawa this season.

BTW, that's a great deal for Reimer. The Leafs are getting great value for their two goalies.

.911 is still pretty good for the Leafs. His numbers weren't bad at all. People remember the last few games only. But he has been a solid goalie thus far in his career.

Well he's the only goalie to get them in the playoffs in 11 years.
