Can you imagine the filth coming out of Edler when asked about the "Unmentioned One"!?!

Do they even have coaches like him in Sweden?
Can't believe the difference a year makes. Thought at this time last year it was a risky bench hiring, was disappointed with the hiring but just thought a different approach couldn't hurt, and was all for patience and seeing what was about to happen. A little shock therapy.
In all fairness, the team was doing okay until Christmas or so and then the wheels totally came off. We have heard it about players, they have a good season or a good stretch and then the coach says the challenge is to repeat that success, and it should be possible because it has already happened.... That whole experiment could have continued without a coaching change and we would have been waiting for the new season...
I am feeling positive about the upcoming season. The winds of change have brought a new perspective and optimism. WD seems like a good fit for the different personalities of the club. Edler will be handled a bit better. There will be more open, 2 way communication.
It is interesting the differences between coaches, different intensity from coach to coach, but that isn't to say WD isn't intense, it just seems like he is more positive in his intensity- not about punishment as much as preparation, knowing your responsibilities and working your ass off.
