That is how i am feeling right now and most of the time the kids are watching their shows on Netflix. 60 for internet 45 for phone and 130 for cable. Take away cable and phone and you have a $60 dollar bill. Any show you want you can get online.

That's just it, I got a promotion where all three were 3 dollars cheaper than what I was paying for just internet. I switched and used cable like twice in that six months. Just ends up pissing me off how much crap is on TV.

YEs. Cable is overrated. Christ Howard the duck and Jurassic park lost world is on. seriously how many times can you play that crap on TV. I have like 4 or 5 shows that I watch thats it. I think between apple tv and netflix I can make due.

I was using the vlc program to stream in HD. Was good, just grab the stream links off of reddit. Was a bit to figure out but worked really well. Not sure if that still works or not though.

I got a sweet deal on cable last year through Rogers. Home phone, super high speed and a bunch of channels. I even had HBO and my bill was $100/ month.

I have to agree though, being able to pick your own channels is the only way to go.

I think those are good signings *waiting to have my head put on a pike*. As I predicted a while back, I will bet that Booth gets 20+. As far as Santo, it's a bit more up in the air, as I think he won't be able to get the same ice-time as he did here. But he'll be, at the very least, a good utility player that can slot in where needed

Its not about his life style or his eccentricity it is about his focus. A person can be eccentric as F@ck and still have a main focus even more so than normies. I don't think he has that, he has the natural ability and athleticism but his focus isn't there. Hence the last 2 season.

You can get nhl gamecenter through xbox. $150 for the season last year. You need xbox live gold though and all the games were like 2 minutes behind which gets annoying if you're on HB while watching the games.

It streams realtime if your watching gamecenter from your computer though and you can hook it up to the tv via HDMI.

You cant watch games if its on tv in your market though...so if its on national tv, nhl network, or on any canucks game if you live in vancouver, you cant watch it...
