Our media is definitely trying to sway people into being more sympathetic towards the Palestinians. Reporting civilian casualties while failing to mention the fact that Hamas is purposely putting those people in harms way etc... When a country warns you days ahead of specific target points and people fail to move it starts to get ridiculous.

That said, I can certainly understand why Palestinians would have been upset over the last 40 years.

Ya i totally hear that and agree(d) to an extent; however once hamas started blindly shooting thousands of rockets into israel with the intention of killing civilians for no apparent reason and then more recently once Israel discovered the hundreds and hundreds of underground tunnels that hamas was spending all their money and resources on (which up until now they were claiming they didnt have enough of IE steel and concrete) which should have been used towards the hospitals, schools and homes) that pretty much put me all-in with israel. mind you, these tunnels were built to engage in terrorist activity and were constructed simply to dodge the security checkpoints.

thats messed up; hard to side with people that prefer to kill others than develop their own land.

Fair warning if you don't already know...it's a bit of a haul from Sunrise to Tampa. I didn't plan very well when I was down in Orlando about 10 or so years ago. Figured it would be easy to catch a Panthers/Isles game while I was there. When I finally looked at a map, I realized I had about a 3 1/2 hour drive ahead of me. And the ride back seemed longer, but only because the Isles blew an early lead and lost big. Got a bit tired of hearing:

Very true. Tampa's arena was one of the nicer ones I've been to. The bars and restaurants right outside were awesome.
