has reimer ever played 41 NHL games in a season? no.. not many starters play less than half the year, Reimer has never played more (I'm not judging a 48 game season as a starters workload.)

before last season I would be all for signing him, but asking 4+ mill (can't remember the total) for 30 pts when a second year and first year player just about hit the same totals? no thanks, he wants that proverbial fat cash, I would rather move on.
