If you want a secure network you don't let your employees work on wifi...

Hey, some companies don't even let their employees use Internet on their work computer...

C'est tellement le fun se faire donner de la marde par la CSST, parce que soit disant j'ai pas envoyé mon ouverture de chantier à leur bureaux.

Surtout quand tu tiens leur accusé de réception dans tes mains.

I know then it'd be nuts but if you see it from the employer's point of view, over a 8.0 hour workday if some dude spends 30 minutes in the poopter that's 6.25% of his time gone there.

over an entire workforce it's a lot.

does the 6 minute limit include transit time from workstation to can?

- dt99999

(frank) that. if you're getting your work done and meeting or exceeding your expectations, your time on the poopter shouldn't be limited.

During one of my internships, they told us that the time on the poopter wouldn't be paid anymore, that the 15-minutes breaks would be abolished (that's ok) and that we'd have to repay our breaks from the last month retroactively.

They finally abdicated for the poopter time, so I systemically spent 30min daily there.

Received a job offer from a company that does that...it's seriously weighing in the balance. Also the fact I don't really hate my current job.
