Cowboys has the worst guy to girl ratio in all of stampede and plays poopty music. But you can't go wrong with bottle service though.

Wild horse is good though.

I make it a point to do every tent during stampede. Roadhouse, Ranchmans, Cowboys, Nashville North, and Wildhorse.

Bottle service-somehow the ratio was good for us...not sure why though?

Going to school in the city...no goats allowed in city limits I never got into the dressing up as a cowboy thing, I come from a redneck little town and worked on the farm most of my life though.

To me city cowboys look as stupid as these guys

I don't love dressing up in western clothing but I have to when I compete in team roping jackpots and I used to when I was in High School Rodeos. Other than that I dress up like any other person. I just hate those cheap straw hats.

I'll stick to booze cruisin the backroads and hitting up small town bars. Pretty sure guys like that get publicly flogged if they ever decide to come to town

That's a legit excuse, have plenty of friends that do the same thing. The hat, boots and shirt come out for rodeos only, after they're done competing they change back to their normal guy clothes.

I only know a few legit "cowboys" (use horses to round up cattle) and quite a few guys that compete in rodeos and stuff. Other than the boots, they most often dress like everyone else.

I love the boots as they are just so comfortable. I ain't no cowboy but I typically where boots, plaid and jeans on the weekend (every weekend just not stampede).

As for the hat I will never bring my nice hat to the bar. As I usually end up passing out on my hat.

Edit: I actually don't even wear my nice hat. Don't even remember the last time I did. I can't wait until the new horse track is built near calgary. Lethbridge and Innisville are to far to go bet on the racing.

I usually where my boots everywhere too because you never know when you need to jump on a horse haha. Glenx is my favourite flame because he outrides for Rae Croteau Jr and puts on bronc riding clinic in the summer then plays hockey in the winter. Deadly guy. I think he'll retire as a flame because he doesn't want to leave his acreage with his horses which is why he signed for so cheap.

I agree. Never trade Glenx. Apparently he was heartbroken when he didn't get the Captain (Quoting Warrener). That is why he was pretty slow at the start of the season. But he picked it up after he got injured for sure. Likely would of got 50 points if he stayed healthy.

Oh definitely. Glenx might be our biggest tradable asset this year. He is exactly the type of player you want to add as a team going into the playoffs. Hard working, defensively responsible, can score 5v5, and is good in the dressing room.

I know they will ask him to waive his no trade. But I hope they re sign him later.
