So your statement was way off.

i think you meant 57 not 87. yeah I misread a stat on my phone, guess we both make mistakes. my pont being that tearing up the q is a token title until you do something in the nhl. soo me saying something like "maybe mantha. not sure about straight up" for myers is not that crazy of a statement.

I think that is a fair trade. I think all players mentioned could use a change of scenery. The devils players havent proved anything and players they are getting have way more upside

personally i dont want Hamuis or Vbarata but they will have to because of salary cap. I would do myers for horvat anf Vitanen and 1st but they would have to trade away something for cap relief.

Nope. It's just that we don't have to move him unless other team overpays. Not sure what part of this is not sinking in. Not an lateral or fair deal. Myers fits our rebuild perfectly.

This is the year to trade myers because we will get young prospects that will be great player in two when we are read to compete. If we can get 2 to 3 players who will be top six players in 2-3 years for myers. then you do that will out thinking about it.

Buffalo will not pull an Ottawa and trade Myers. We all know how Chara eventually turned out. Give the kid more time! And now with a partner like Gorges we can hopefully expect P.K. Subban numbers.

You don't seem to understand the concept that no one has to and wants to overpay.
Works just as well the other way.
And no one is going to give you Mantha, he is untouchable as far as Wings are concerned.
Don't trade him, keep him.
1) There are multiple teams with severe Cap issues that have D men available (Boston, Chicago, few others).
2) Wings have enough top D RH prospects available to try the in house solution until at least January.
