Gee your lack of knowledge of the Sabre's prospect pool is lacking . They have the #1 rated prospect pool already . They are loaded . Next years draft will leave it overflowing . Now we just wait for the pool to develop . So the rebuild as far as acquiring talent will be over . Now it just has to be developed . Realistically they will contend for a cup in 4 to 5 years . Will contend for a playoff spot in 2 to 3 years

I personally think the Sabres have done quite well the last year and a half, but you’re still counting your chickens before they hatch.

Grigorenko is just fine . Victim of the CHL/NHL transfer rule . Not ready for the NHL and too good for junior . He will get it together in his first full year in the AHL . Some players take longer to develop . Not a big deal.

It's tough to have good numbers on an awful team. Frankly I'm tired of sticking up for the guy. I have a feeling if he's traded, it will be like Seguin, and look like a stupid trade a year later
