my favourite post out of this asinine Crosby-Toews debate was when someone said Toews should have been the captain for Team Canada. because as we all saw, evidenced by that dominant goal-medal performance, Crosby did a terrible job.

this entire debate is born of our newfound need to over-analyze everything related to this sport and to go against conventional wisdom for the sake of... going against conventional wisdom. Crosby is a generational player. and what's happening with him is the same thing that happens with all generational players: we take them for granted because their excellence becomes boring.

And my iPhone screen got smashed to bits falling off the bed... worst crack I've ever seen on one of my phones, and from a nothing fall.... probably gonna run me $80.
