Crosby didn't deserve the captaincy for team Canada he got because of his name. Shouldon't a leader lead on the ice? Which he didn't even after having his line mate brought so he could be comfortable.

Saying no to Bowman was a good idea. He sucks as an exec. He wanted Pierre McGuire as GM.
