He went from a 45-50 point player to a 69 point pace. I'm not sure he can do it again over 82 games. I'd be happy with 60 even. We'll see. - daeth
during his short rookie campaign he did it too...then disappeared. |

Before last seasons point explosion from Bozak I would have disagreed. I wonder if Bozak can do it again. - daeth
He was on pace for 70 in a full season. That's a ridiculous expectation for a guy with a cap of 4.2m.
If we had a constant 65+ at 4.2m we'd be the envy of the entire damn league! |

if Kessel and JVR can drag his ass again...maybe - senstroll
Don't expect him to put up that shooting %age again, but he did seem to have more confidence in his own scoring ability this year... something he lacked in prior years, with his "just pass it to Phil" mentality.

Kessel is still underrated as a passer, Bozak finally started putting in some of those. How many times before did we say Kessel would have more points if Bozak didn't (frank) it up?
Bozak was cash money in the lameout too, gotta hand it to the guy he got us lameout points in a big way. - Zezel
He really shouldnt be anymore.
Oh and, Kessel > Kane. |

That explains it. Ren looks kinda like a mini whippet. Jack Russel/Chihuahua/Pom mix.
now AAs gonna come in saying how all I talk about is my dogs. - Feeling Glucky?
Cool, I like that whippet. I'm a cat guardian but me and the gf are looking at dogs too. I've never had a dog, researching the breeds blew my mind.
Is that your dog in your avatar Glucky? What type dog is it? |

@RumorBreak: In 2016 I do believe the Raptors and Leafs, mainly Leiweke, Drake & Shanahan, will push hard for Stamkos and Durant. #BookIt |

that statement would get brahas and lollies from most of hb I think, but not from me
during the Olympics lots of big name players were openly blown away by Kessel
it's at least a discussion |

My old dog/my parents current dog. I moved out, they kept him.
Not sure what kind of dog he is exactly. Got him from the pound.
He's most likely a husky/shepherd cross, heavy on the husky. But a lot of people who claim to know these things say he's definitely part wolf.
I thought so to at first, but doing research on wolfdog characteristics, I doubt it... even though he acts like it sometimes
Honestly, if you're a first time dog owner, I'd stay away from huskies. They're very strong willed, and hard to train.
Stay away from small dogs, too... they're psycho.

Kessel hasn't had the chance to play for a winner yet but I'd say it's at least close between the two. |

I think Kane is a bit over-paid on his new contract. |

Toews should be at 10 mil but to keep that player give him whatever he wants.
Kane should be 8 to 8.5. He's overpaid but he's a good player. |

Yeah, he looks like some kind of husky for sure, beautiful. I've never had a dog but I've known a lot of dogs.
We won't get a dog quite yet, not until we have a big yard. I'd never get a husky myself, they're rad, but that's too much for me.
I always liked the classic family dogs like retrievers, labs and shepherds. We talk about getting a really trainable dog to train him to police the cat lol

He should have got Kessel money. He is definitely overpaid by a bit now.
Chicago is going to have the same problem Pittsburgh has as far as getting depth to fill the rest of their roster now too. They'll always be good as long as they have Kane and Toews but it'll be tougher now. |

I think a bit more than Kessel, because he's got a longer track record of strong play, and the cap went up.
9M, 9.5M, around there.
But in the end, what's 1.5 going to get you, really? |

We adopted my grandma's cats after she passed away. They hated Chinook, but all he wanted to do was play with them.
Apparently they tolerate him now.
Get a labradoodle. Moronic name, but they look awesome, they've got the great lab personality, with the smarts of a poodle... and they don't shed.
If I were to get another dog right now, that'd probably be my choice. Or a bull terrier(Don Cherry's old dog). Those things are (frank)ing hilarious.
I'd also stay away from pure-breeds that have been around for a while. Lots of problems. The muttier, the better. |
