Please explain to me why we want him sitting for 5 minutes?

We have Orr and McLaren - they sit on the bench all game. Might as well have them sit in the penalty box - it's just another bench.

He's the captain. Captains fight their teams battles, or else your not a good leader.... Except for some captains, they don't count in this.

If you're a captain you are required and expected to fight..... Except for some captains. If you're a big strong guy that is important like lucic it's smart not to fight scrubs..... Except for some bug strong important guys.

Yep, if Dion fights a bunch of times and breaks his hand in a fight, that's a big problem for the team. It's bad strategy for Dion to fight. If I was the coach I'd tell him not to.

I'm not particularly crazy about the Red Bull hat, but that's on the NHL and NHLPA, not Dion.

It's indicative of the two sides not working together to promote the game. NFL insists all players wear NFL merch - because it promotes the NFL and puts more $ into the pot (for owners and players to share).

Our top D pairing is going to look better this year simply for the same reason our Top 6 is going to: the overuse will end because we'll be able to rely on the bottom half more.
