1) I remember this vividly, as does everyone posting here. The first 2 rounds of the playoffs correspond directly hell week (the week before finals week, consisting of studying/essays/anything else) and finals week. I was supposed to be studying, but (frank) that- I can take a 3 hour break. I was streaming this game on my laptop in a classroom me and my friends were in. I was screaming so much. I was so (frank)ing pissed at Crosby, but at the same time, seeing he and the rest of the Penguins act like frauds made my soul warm to the touch. That series, the Flyers really exposed the Penguins not only at the game of hockey, but they exposed them between the ears.

2) (frank) you James Neal, you (frank)in cocksuckin mother(frank)in chickenpoop (frank)er

NHL 14:

The year is 2030, and it's February.

Derek Mathers, 73 overall, was just waived by the Flyers.

Something that doesn't (frank)in suck though is the storms it brings....provided everyone makes it through safe and sound.

We had a real nice one again out here. Fantastic lightening storm.

I have to agree with you once again. The storm, the lightning and the wind, the rain and the drop in temperature, that's the damn pot of gold at the end of that sweetass rainbow.

We had a sweet double one yesterday. And the sky afterwards was purple! You can't really see the purpleness of the non clouded sky in the picture here, but it definitely was purple. Totally wild.

To be fair, Hartnell toned down the physical side of his game a lot lately as well.
- wolfhounds

I'd say Scott Hartnell laid a pretty crashing hit on Ryan McDonough that lead to Andy McDonald's goal that started off the scoring in the Rangers/Flyers series. Hartnell is far and away more physical then Umburger.

I think it might have been you when I talked about the difference between climate and weather?

Same thing applies here.

The trend with Hartnell is he's really played much less physically over the last few seasons.

I don't agree at all. I've already used an example of why I disagree.

Very cool, man.

edit: that top pic looks fake as hell, right? Like some sort of astroturf and model train setup. Kinda surreal.

Right, but that example is one, single isolated incident. This needs an eye test, and by my eye, he's not a pest anymore, which is what he needs to do to be as successful as possible.

It was a sweet hit, no doubt about it. And it was in Game 1. Not much after that of note, right? And I'm not just blaming Hartnell here, but after that hit, were there really any others you can remember that fired up the team or the crowd?

This is 2014 alone. The second half of the season. Of course because these are only three more examples, I suppose I should just give in and agree with you, right?

His game hasn't changed much at all since being here.
