Actually much worse. Tens of millions of disgruntled people who are watching billions of tax dollars evaporate for sport rather than things people actually need. Now add to that pissed off soccer hooligans. Like dropping a nuclear bomb on a volcano.

I was thinking I probably couldn't tell the difference between being vaporized by a nuke with bits of lava landing on the shadow I left behind and just plain being vaporized by a nuke. Both sound potentially fatal.

Perhaps the city wrecking monsters that nuclear weapons always seem to produce would be even more destructive if conceived in a volcano as well.

I would think so. At least with regular lava, you get fertile soil to cultivate on once it cools. Irradiated soil, not so great.

He's probably safest in Toronto, but I imagine anywhere outside of Brazil is best.
