weather was good. actually wasn't as hot as it usually is. was cloudier than normal too. we didn't walk the strip but i've done it in the summer. it's not that bad. you just need to have water with you. or beer. never been to Fremont.

It's also great that they truck in enough spotlights to make it feel like you're on the surface of THE SUN!!!!

Better hope it doesn't hit Hudon. He'd be out for a couple of months.

Define bust...

Not a first line power forward?
Not in top 6?
Doesn't make it to NHL at all?

Too early to tell...

Another year in London, and then a full season in the AHL, and we'll see.

He's been drafter barely a year ago, I guess we can give him some time. There are guys who seemed to have jumped ahead of him on the depth chart but he's a project who is worth working on carefully. Habs may have themselves a hell of a badass power foraward one day.

even if he can play a bottom 6 role, that's not a bust. he was drafted 25th. tons of late first rounders don't even go on to have NHL careers.

it was made very clear by everyone when he was drafted that he's a very long term prospect. but then he struggles as an 18 year old and he's a bust. people are way too shortsighted with this stuff. it's like the people who think DLR will be an NHL regular this year. it's not going to happen.

learning curve. More games than he was used to. He had a better 2nd half. Was invited to junior camp for USA.

Kid seems to have the drive to make it, big upcoming year for him, he will get a lot more ice time than last year with some veterans gone.

I'm not writing him off. Just saying, he wasn't very good in his first OHL stint.
