I saw an article recently that stated Boston had too many NHL defenders and that a trade would most likely be coming. It looks to me that you guys need a few bottom six guys in your roster and Florida has plenty. Guys like Upshall, Kopecky, and maybe even Fleischman are available. What defender do you guys think you could possibly trade. I am not here to start a bicker fest.. and I'm not getting into this team retains salary or whatever.. but I think you guys could benefit a ton from the energy Upshall would bring or the front-of-the-net presence Kopecky would bring.

Realistically and not being cheap here Bartkowski I would think would be the 1st on put on the block. Adam McQuaid, who I believe can bounce back from the injuries and return to being a solid 3 paring guy will most likely be shopped too.

What saddens me is Krejci, Soderberg and Boychuck are all due for contracts and raises. Depending on where they are in the season you may see Boychuck being shopped in a deadline day move.

You're right about the forwards you've mentioned. I would be OK with Kopecky but, I would rather the Bruins begin using some of the kids on the farm and see what they really have in the system.

Talk about a panic move?

I actually believe it's current definition in the dictionary.
