yes, this is a main problem i have with nonis and it bleeds into a bigger problem, namely, what direction are the leafs moving (rebuild, partial rebuild, just stay competitive, tweak playoff team, etc...)

if you want to improve you have to know when to trade players, when to sign players, and when to dump players
