I would love to see Lupul traded. He's lost a step the last few years, and we could use his salary cap space for someone not as soft.

Package him and a defenseman (maybe franson) and a good draft pick and try and work something out for evander Kane. Although who knows what the jets crazy asking price is.

You sound kinda butt hurt lol What is SOOOO bad about keeping Reimer around for another year? Were you complaining about him in 2012 when he took us to the playoffs for the first time in ten years and robbed games for us against Boston? Probably not...but now since Bernier came in and Reimer had SOME bad games he's trash and useless to us? Just done here no more use for him ? Bernier is still healing from surgery EINSTEIN and will more than likely reinjure himself even in Training camp so we better be ready for a 1A/1B tandem again this year , maybe even Bernier will play less then the other goalie, I would rather give Reimer another chance at 24 years old than Brodeur or Khabibulin LOL

Yeah I don't know what happened really, Reims almost brought us to the playoffs TWICE before he finally did in 2012, robbed games for us against the Bruins. I think Randy seen something in his game he didn't like or something because a couple weeks later Bernier was in the fold and FROM THE GET GO had a wayyyy longer leash than Reimer, Yes Reimer gets pulled when he lets in 3-4 goals, but Bernier didn't, even when he let in cross rink stinkers. Reimer's career isn't over, some goalies don't even reach their Prime until 28-32 years old. But hoping they just work something out with Reimer, is it REALLY a big deal to have a 1A/1B tandem again this year? Bernier will probably be reinjuring himself anyway

NOOO he wouldnt lol, remember Bernier may go down for a few days, or a few weeks in training camp even, who knows maybe he will miss extended amounts of time, or need to play a lot less to maintain it...we need someone with STARTER potential, and Reimer did that for us for 3 years and with a mediocre team in front he still had us competing for playoff spots and was in the top 10 of the league stats.....my god its amazing what a season can do to someone's image to low hockey IQ fans
