We signed 2 centres.
50% turnover on D
There will actually be a useful 4th line this year
Everyone signed can move up and down the line up creating performance based reward
For the first time in forever there will be competition for spots at camp
Everyone brought in works hard and make us tougher to play against - Bigzby
The centre group is as thin as it gets in the NHL.
Bringing in two bottom end D is not a 50% turnover.
Performance based reward? Did you see that from Carlyle last year?
A "useful 4th line"? I'm not sure what you mean. We don't really have a fourth line comprised of NHL players. |

Should pick up now that draft and UFA is more or less done/slowed down. Can now concentrate on the assistants. All head coaching jobs filled now too, so all those waiting for a chance to get a head coach spot may think about an assistant spot. - burn
I think it will be very telling to see who Shanahan hires for those spots. Anyone that appears as a real threat to RandyC will tell you what Shanahan is thinking. |

Honestly, last thing we want to do is get rid of people but it is really bothering posters. What else to do than say, lighten up a bit and that goes for me as well with the Phaneuf talk, which I will do. Make it a bit more fun to come around here. |

You have no idea what you are talking about. Go do something productive. Buy a homeless guy a coffee, or go play chess at an old folks home.

We CAN have a good 4th line. It all depends who the potatoe head decides to deploy. |

Don't believe that's it. If the Leafs were a successful team they'd attract more FA's. There is no better city in hockey than Montreal and Torono when winning. - peddy-93
there's more to like than hockey. Plenty of players want tor raise a family and be left alone off the ice. I understand why guys would prefer to play in a place like tampa. |

I think Steve is in a good spot with the MArlies for one more year. Maybe if/when RC is fired he get s a chance to fill that spot. |

Gino Reda said that unlike most RFAs, Reimer could actually get to arbitration. Reda: "This one could get that far and it could get ugly." |

as far as i am concerned full blown negativity is disruptive of the boards.
Which is against CoC7
its okay to have a negative opinion, but if its non stop its trolling.
