It's sure hitting the randomize buttom on the bottom six
New guys, Marlies
I have no (frank)ing clue really how these new guys are - Zezel
Who really cares just pick the best 6 and move them in and out based on effort and results.
The fact there will be battles at camp is an amazing change. That's how bad it's been round these parts.
I don't know. |

lol yeah
I haven't been snorting coke though, I'm just a little high. And I've had most of a bottle of wine. That's why my Leaf lineups are so right-on. - Zezel

Stastny's contract
Bolland
Kulemin
Grabbo
Orpik
Niskanen
Some of these seem Clarksonesque
None of our new contracts so far seem to have a high potentiality to go full retard...1 year deal is pretty low risk
If this whole house of cards blows apart it's supposedly a 'super draft' this year...if things go better than that, it can't get any worse |

Regardless of what some of these negative knobs on this site say, there's a lot to look forward to as a Leaf fan in the next few years including this coming season. I find it hilarious that these idiots automatically hate our first round pick once his name is announced, yet most have the experts have him being picked at that spot and most of them like the pick. they also complain about our FA signings yet every expert has liked every signing we've made thus far. - coolehmon41
Its due to the fact some just dont follow hockey enough to know the scheme of things and what the player brings to the game/ hockey sense they rather go on google and check points/stats rather than anything else.... this club/organization is headed in the right direction and the acquisitions these past day are all positives steps moving forward... |

That's pretty much the point to remember right there.
I don't mind drafting Kadri, Rielly and Nylander among others either...some D men in the prospects who look promising...I did really like guys like Kulie and McClement, but look at the good teams they cut bait on bottoms six guys...you lock up a Kessel and JVR, Bernier...bottom six randomize until you find a Draper you developed |

He had to become a Leaf for me to see how good he was defensively. Easy to cast him as an all offense guy which wasn't the case at all. |

I would have thought some of your buddies would be saying how poopty he is now after signing with the Leafs.

Always dangerous and played two ways ... his sense of humor was good. Just an all-around class guy.
It's funny, I have only ever had 1 hockey card, his. When I adopted my son I didn't even realize he was from Mogilny's home town of Khabarovsk ... cool coincidence

I really had no clue about Santorelli, it caught my eye when a bunch of Nucks fans chimed in about how he was a good player.
At the very least the Leafs are taking some cheap, short gambles on some of these players. Why the (frank) not, you either hit or you get another pull of the slot machine next year, rather getting jammed up with a Bolland or Kulemin UFA salary. Hopefully the Leafs had some good folds here, letting some mid-career contracts go that aren't worth it in the long run. |

I think some of us just see the game differently. It takes all kinds. I've learned a lot from stat nerds the last year |
