Mr. Griswold is being pretty quiet, eh?
Guess today doesn't mesh well with his realism. |

It's to the point now that anyone who says we aren't better off is either trolling or a jackass lol
Even starting to see some culture change creep in too. |

All of you so called fans calling for us to tank are simply despicable. And I can't believe how negative some of you others are, "our team is worst than last year" First of all the off season is not over, secondly we had a playoff spot 90 percent of the year last year.
This team is still moving in the right direction, as long as management doesn't give in to you so called "fans" and the even more ridiculous media *Simmons* this team will be very, very good in a few years.
So far this offseason, we have added depth and grit, we still have a lot of work to do but I don't see how we can complain about a single move so far. "OMG Nonis signed Santorelli, looks like we are bound for a lottery pick" |

THIS! Man, you're 100% on point.. I laugh at people who say we lost scoring LOL , what scoring? Raymond??
We didn't over pay, we got great depth players. We're like the Raptors...we don't have a superstar, but we're fine. We're bringing in a good supporting cast, 2 which helped us a couple years ago. Frattin was good with Kadri, who gives a (frank) if he isn't a legit top 6 forward. We're definitely headed in the right direction, especially with drafting Nylander and not a bone head meat head. We drafted skill.
It's a shame a lot of dudes on here are all negative, then claim to be Leaf fans, GTFO. A fan doesn't bash their teams every damn move, or have something negative to say about every move. Just shut it and wait until training camp when our roster is set, because the people already thinking they know everything and predicting next season's failure are complete ignorant idiots. Sorry to say. |

The Leafs are nothing like the Raps. The leafs have team USA's two stud players from the olympics. The Raptors are a team while the Leafs are constructed top heavy and works it way down. Other than that you're spot on

Agreed! Some of our fans are just brutal.
Kessel is a star, he may not be a franchise player but he is elite. Rielly has franchise potential, Bernier looked good when he wasn't hurt last year, Kadri is an offensively gifted player who is still VERY young and is getting better. JVR is very talented, people need to get off Gardiner's back too. There is a very good young core here. |
