He only played 69 games in the NHL, never a full year, back and forth to the AHL.. He may not have made it at all.

Heard about it yesterday. HIs Lawyer's argument is that he also had a finance degree, and the concussion prevented him from rising to the top of his field, where he would have made that kind of money.

it's a ridiculous argument. I think they just want to draw attention back to the case now that concussions are seen more seriously... and have a higher point to negotiate down from if they ever decide to settle.

The Leafs are slightly better today than they were at the end of last season but they kept the coach and kept the core, to expect the team to make the playoffs is silly.

I think if they miss the playoffs again then Nonis is fired and whatever new GM comes in, in conjunction with Shanny could decide it's time to sell off guys like JVR and Kessel...

nothing to do with ruining the guys life...he shoudl be paid 100 million, and 10 years ago when it happend.
