well relying on shoot outs for wins is bad ..but since the leafs did.. having someone who was decent probably would help - senstroll
Leafs did pretty well in the shootout. |

Orr and FML were kept instead... do you think that was the right move? - senstroll
I think it's like debating whether I should take my recycling or garbage out to the curb first. |

My mom once went on a double date with her friend and her friend's man. Mom's date? None other than the Great One, #99. A buddy of the other guy
Not a word of a lie. She ditched him a few hours later, because he was "too geeky" - TheThrill
Seriously? Thats a great story, I got a jersey from when he played with the Hounds, came from Angelo Bummbacco the dude who drafted him, your mom should of gotten 99 to impregnate her |

And the correct answer is c) it was right to dump Colborne - but the Leafs should have also dumped Orr and FML (I'm assuming this is referring to Liles?).
Anyhoo, you had to keep Liles. He wasn't going anywhere due to cap reasons. |

Fraser MacLaren.
But agreed, shoulda let those guys go, and played Bodie/Leivo/D'Amigo/Broll right off the bat. All better options than Colbourne. |

I cared. Bolland got hurt and we gave away a solid prospect and a 2nd rounder to bring in a stop gap.
He coulda sat as our 13th...
I cared so much man. - Bigzby
Blacker wasn’t bad. Probably at the same level as Holland is. Blacker was our 4th best D prospect. Holland is one of our best centre prospects. Second best now I guess. The best when they acquired him. |

Could have used him last year, who goes with only 4 centres knowing Bolland is quite often injured? It was mis-management. - peddy-93
or the center we signed for 5 years |

Blacker, used properly would have been our top d prospect behind Rielly.
But they just buried him. Doing a lot better with Anaheim's farm team.
Would have kept him over Holland, but end of the day, he would have been a bust here. |
