The whole thing was Tim thrashing G for conduct unbecoming of a leader/Captain. It was the same poop as dry island.

At the end though, he pretty much said:

That depends on context.

When you are around your buddies, farts that are yours are good. Anyone elses farts are bad. And yes, farts are funny.

But if you're on a date.....farts are the absolute worst, no matter what. Having gas while on a date is terrible. Best case scenario is no sound, no scent. Not noticed at all. Let's face it, being able to fart in front of your significant other is a relationship milestone.

MDZ is a defensive downgrade on any of the current starting six. He was on the right track for awhile in NY to becoming a more well-rounded player but has reverted to being a one-dimensional offensive defenseman who doesn't provide enough of that dimension to overcome his liabilities. The 2011-12 season appeared to be a breakthrough for him but he's gone backward since then.

With that said, he's still 24 years old. I was very surprised that the Preds simply turned him loose as a UFA.

I have zero problems with him as the 13th forward. His cap hit is cheap, and he can fill in on the 4th line. As well as fill the enforcer role. I also would have zero problems if he wasn't on the roster, and was replaced by someone else.
