Nonis (Shanahan) doesn't get enough credit for how he's NOT making the Burke mistake of handing out loyalty/wishful thinking contracts to guys who just aren't that great and aren't gonna get any better. I liked Bolland, Kuli, Grabbo etc...but the time to sign a guy like Bolland to five years was six years ago. Chicago knew that. If we can't develop a great bottom six grinder when he's in his cheap years, we got problems. Nice to see that it looks like they are trying to do that.
