So heres what i'm hearing from my neck of the woods. Take it for what its worth. Could be true or could not. Alot of players are not interested in coming to TO because they dont know the direction the team is going. Alot of players thought that RC would of been fired and a new coaching staff implemented way before free agency started. They dont want to take the chance and jump into a place thats as of now very undecided what there doing.

Reimer - cuz' he has nowhere left to go. It's unthinkable that teams haven't been all over him. I don't see any starter jobs out there for him and the back-up spots are filling up quickly.

I think he might just stay in town - and that might not be a bad thing.

Problem is we're also not good enough to make the playoffs. Florida and buffalo got better for god's sake.

Bos, Pit, CBJ, Det, Phil, NYR, TB, should all be playoff teams. Maybe Phi and Det miss but they are looking good at the moment. After that anyone can make it (with one spot open). I haven't always been a pessimist; but after the draft and UFA period, tough to be optimistic. I don't think a single Canadian team makes the playoffs next year.

I think Habs have a good shot at the playoffs as long as Price stays Healthy. Ya Georges might be missed but I'm not concerned about all his Blocked shots, Price will take care of most of those

Solves our #1 centre problems, and the dude had great chemistry with Kessel.

I'm not saying we should do it.

I'm just saying we should make that trade right now, before the Bruins say no.
