There's some things that have happened across the movies that I don't like. The "cool" or "wow that worked out nicely" effect: what I mean is in Two Towers when Legolas used the shield like a skateboard, or most of the barrel chase stuff, as two examples.

The barrel chase scene was just absurd. But I liked how they did the spider scene, that was very well done.

Two Towers was my movie. Was the first where you got to see the real possibility of defeat and the power of Mordor/Isengard.

I was always a Théoden guy.

How would I know... as in, how would I know my own paycheck and if its high paying or not?

Bit of an odd question... pretty much just asked if I am able to read or not.

- Guile

don't you have a high paying job that also allows you to screw around on the internet

i think you just proved it

Totally off-topic question:

I'm having trouble with my Outlook, it won't send messages (didn't change any of my settings). So I want to uninstall it and reinstall, but don't want to lose either my or my wife's messages. What is the name of the file that stores the mailboxes, and where is it stored? I've done it before, but I forget how.

Rohan is where I'd choose to live if I had a choice. But, in the movie, Theoden is painted pretty poorly.

Having a spirited debate on the Flyers FB page.

I stated that Akeson needs to score consistently at the NHL level to stick with the team, otherwise he is just Peter White.

I get this response:

If you didn't know he was the last Flyers to score in the playoffs and had 2 goals against the Rags. Educate yourself before you comment please.

Sigh.

look for an .ost or a .pst file. That is where they are saved.

Or you can just create a .pst and import it back in when you reinstall

.pst file.

But I'd go into the account setting and look around there before deleting. Can you receive email?

Some of this depends on whether or not your messages are stored on the actual email server you are connecting to or if you are pulling all of your messages off of the server (and, effectively, deleting them from the server).

I think outlook messages are stored in a *.pst file, if I'm not mistaken.

Maaaaaaaaaybe. Basically, we have two identities ("Joe" and "Lisa") and there's a file that has a record of all of our messages, I just forget where/what it is. I want to save that file and then, after I reinstall Outlook, have those mailboxes restored on Outlook. I did it once, just forget how.

We're pulling them off the server after downloading them. I'll look for this type of file.

Anyone know how I restore the mailbox for each identity after I restore it?

You would think commenting on Facebook would make people behave a little more because there is less anonymity and no cool usernames to hide behind, but some public Facebook pages are just cesspools of bumholery.

I have never seen a bunch of idiots like on the Flyers FB page. After every loss, it's "our goalies sucks! Trade him!"... I don't think most of them grasp even the basics of hockey.. pretty clear from their posts...

It does amaze me how invincible people feel when they are online or behind the wheel of a car. Completely nice people turn into crazed rabid posters... Boggles the mind.
