Everybody talks about how the 3rd line is so important.

I'm just so glad the Leafs are back to our tried and true strategy of trying to put together a team of four 3rd lines.

- Atomic Wedgie

Do we really need to worry about our 1st line? You think JVR and Kessel are scrubs?

That's not cheap and no thanks.

You think Reimer or any other back up whose played NHL Minutes will be under two million..Brodeur was the Best Goalie in the World for a good length of time having that expierence and voice in the room even for 1 season could do wonders for our young guys!!!!!

Bozak/Kessel/JVR is a 3rd line

0 for 3 for Wedgie that completes the hat trick.

I think kessel and jvr already answered your challenge at the Olympics. Both are certainly not 3rd liners. They were arguably Team USA's best players....and that includes Mr. Conn Smythe Patrik Kane

And who is the guy in the middle of those two?

And where should he really be playing?

Merchandising is split between the 30 teams, no one team makes a fortune off the sales.
- LeafMan

Not buying it. So you're saying if Carolina sells one hat and the Leafs sell 2,375,913 jerseys, they all get the same $? Sounds dumb.

He was a third liner most of the year we made the playoffs, he definitely hasn't regressed....
- Bigzby

Only players who played less minutes that year were Frattin, Orr and McLaren.

I think you nail it most times, but some of your criticism is a bit of a reach is all.

You don't think he'd contact buddies on the team and feel things out before making a decision?
- robin_steele264

I think Frazer MacLaren pissing his pants while punching him in the face had something to do with Josh's decision

The jerseys are definitely split 30 ways (the small asterisk to that being if the Leafs sell the jersey in their own building, they keep the retail mark-up - the same as Footlocker would).

Not sure how the other stuff works - I've read different reports - but I'm lead to believe that the jerseys are the exception - everything else (the dog collars, salt and pepper shakers, etc.) go to the Leafs, not the league.

He's a better player and brings more to the team than kule or Raymond IMO

He did everything RC asked of him and did it well, it's not a stretch that the guy could be a very solid 3rd liner.

So I'm guessing Bozak is the sole reason Robibust broke his leg 5 times in one week this season?
