Move Reimer and we are good to go.. - bixll
If they had plans to move reimer you'd think they'd have signed a backup yesterday. I dint even know who's left. Maybe through trade |

Komarov and Frattin will make up for the goals we lost with Raymond leaving, while adding about 400 more hits between them. And what was it that we lost that's really going to make a difference? Kuli, McClement, Bodie, Gunner, Gleason, Jerry D? Even Bolland. All guys that are replaceable, none of whom were difference makers. |

How is getting nothing for Brennan surprising?
Not going to trade MVP of marlies a month before playoff run. He was Ufa, and has never ever been at all effective in the NHL. No one is going to give you an asset for the rights to a career AHLer
NHL shot, AHL brain. - Big_Lightnin
He's only played 40 nhl games
Low risk signing by the isle for 600k |

Well, Bolland is pretty close. Would love to have had him back, but definitely not at that price.
But ya, everyone else replaceable from within, and Gunnar ably replaced with Robidas

OK, I would fine with that too..
We have lots of cash remaining, now a quality move to change the culture that they keep talk about changing..
Come on No Nuts, surprise us all |

I think people will be happy they didnt throw a ton of coin at Bolland. Wasnt a pressing need for the team, needed that money for other pieces. Like, Robidas....hopefully that one works out. |

Oh for sure, just saying there was no way leafs were going to get anything for him. Had to keep him for playoff run.
And he was not waiver exempt. |

July 2 long way to October.
More moves to come roster stands at 13 not including Granberg (signed at $800,000, Gardiner & Holland RFA.
So that is 16, need at least 6 more to sign or Marlies
edit, I removed Orr from the roster. |

... yes, but we did not replace them with difference makers.
I was relieved that the Leafs didn't make any catastrophic mistakes yesterday, but I also don't see where the team looks like it will improve from last year.

How pathetic are the Leafs ...
Our fan base is now happy if the team doesn't make any horrible mistakes on July 1.
