They are so far under the cap, they can afford to and it's wise to do so. |

Where does Bailey fit now? They have to trade him. Or maybe the consider trading Strome in a deal for a top defensemen. - Pete V
Dreger said bailey is actually a highly sought after trade chip...doubt they move strome.though with only 1 year left on nielsens deal. |

Isles still need a real coach, if they had a real one he may get that squad going, got lots of nice pieces |

Offense was never their issue tho. Sill the worst blueline in the league. |

Oh yeah they have to. But to be honest it's worth it, we are cost controlled for the next four years.
Yashin's $ comes off after the season and the only major signings we have within 4 years are KO, Grabner, Nielsen. Everyone else is signed or a RFA |

I would like to reiterate that Brian Boyle is TB's 4th line center and will have the same role there as he did here. So stop saying he left for a bigger role. Because he didn't. That is all. |

No I'm more ok with it today. Just when people say things that are clearly wrong it bothers the hell out of me. Or when people rationalize things will false logic or poor facts. Like the fact Tanner Glass can kill penalties. Just no. |

Dude your acting like this was made up by the posters here. These were Boyle's exact words. That's why everyone assumes he left for that. |

I get what he said. I am going by what actually happened that's all. Again, Brian Boyle is replaceable. |

Who knows, maybe glass turns into a prust for us? Not gonna completely write him off 2 momths before training camp. One thing I do know is that coaches and players love him in the lockerroom. |
