Why you putting down the isles? I think they are smart not over paying for free agents. Look at our teams they both spend money and haven't won a cup. The isles have great players they are finally taking there time developing like Strome, Lee, Nelson, Reinhart, Puloch, Pokka and they added Dal Colle and Ho Sang. There time hasn't come yet. They will never be big spenders like my flyers and the Rangers which is a good thing look at our cap problems the next two years!

How many years and draft picks will it take for the Icelanders to actually land players to build around them? Look around the league....you build within the draft combined with players acquired via trade and free agency. How about the Icelanders just make the playoffs before you tout their "prospects". For so many years now all we hear about from them is their prospects and the damn lighthouse project. Go away

That write-up on Glass is spot on. He is not an NHL player. Constantly a step behind the play. Yet Dan Bylsma trotted him out there game after game....it was maddening. I guess the only thing you can look forward to is not having him paired with other turds like Adams and Pyatt. My condolences...

How did that work out with Pyatt though. This just strikes me as Pyatt 2.0. AV loved Pyatt.
