Anyone open to Heatley if he gets a deal like Havlat? 1 year for $1.5M?

Yes, and I bet there's not a day in his life that goes by without him thinking about it. Kid was his best friend.

The Rangers have scheduled a 4 p.m. conference call that, ya know, doesn't conflict with anything else going on today #USAvsBEL #badpuckluck

Heatley for 2-2.5 isn't a terrible idea for a year. He can still score

In less than an hour, NHL teams have spent over $191 Million on contracts. #SigningSeason

Setoguchi. My choice. RH shot, and a good buy low guy to replace Pouliot.

Everyone is so hung up on loosing Stralman. For the money he sign with TB i definately would let him go. Signing him to a deal like that essentially says by to resigning Staal, due to the cap and how much $$ we will have locked up.Still missing a big holes in forwards....but thinkin positive and hoping the kids can step up.... I'm talking to you Miller! Fast!

Boyle $4.5 is no different than Stralman's $4.5 next offseason, both influence Staal, only difference is that if Staal leaves we would still have a relatively young Stralman and not a 39 yr old Boyle

Day just keeps getting better

So much for Zuccarello taking less to keep #NYR competitive as apparently he's looking for 4-yr, $20M contract: http://nyrangersblog.com/...ur-year-20m-contract.html

I'm shocked at how upset people are here over Stralman. Really? Not worth the years at the price per. He is replaceable

If it was anymore than 2 years I would have been pissed. I think he will be a great addition next year, and hopefully the year after.

Jeff Gorton says team still wants to bring in another forward, not sure whether that would be via free agency or trade.

I'm with you, he was a nobody for his whole career before coming here & until this post season was decent, not great & dead NoT worth that contract.

I like Dan Boyle & Moore coming back, my beef is Glass signing but who knows what's still to come.

I'd love to snag Vrbata to replace Pouliot bit not sure how much he'd cost. Good player
