They really did wind up in an odd spot. I cant believe they pulled the trigger on James Neal without first getting a Center. They gave their top scorer in the deal. If Neal doesn't get a good centerman that trade could backfire big time.

Streit put up 44 points last season, without a lot of top PP ice time. Timonen had 35 points. And I expect MacDonald to produce some points also.

They really do need a center for him. I am still having an issue with all these teams so far under the floor, VL is not an option.You would have thought he was Tanner Glass making that money.
