Taxes are much lower in Florida. He rejected a similar deal from the Rangers, what makes you think he'd have signed in Philly?

Ek announced the Flyers signing a backup goalie from Germany (hopefully it's their national team soccer goalie, he's good).

I could win 1 soccer game. You dress a team full of thugs and one good player. The thugs go out and beat up the entire other team, rendering them too injured to play (although, you'd never be able to tell if they're really hurt or not, so you need to just kill them), including the goalie. Then your 1 good player just scores like 120 goals.

NYR sign defenceman Steve Kampfer to a two-way deal. Played in Iowa of AHL this past season.

Schenn's hit knocked him all the way to Iowa!

Was that the same league that Sestito and Simmonds played in where Sestito scored like every game and just beat up the entire league? Or was that 1 tier down?

Good thing we got in front of the macdonald sweeps! Only had to give up a 2nd and 3rd to sign him for 5 freaking mil Stralman gets 4.5 per.

Flyers!

- Just5

MacDonald will only pocket 125K more per year than Stralman and I'd definately take MacDonald.

No, because you need to be able to field a full team in baseball, and hockey and football (and even basketball) players would actually be able to defend themselves.

For those interested, here is the twitter link for Bob Mckenzie, the TSN insider.
News and signings appear on here faster than on the TSN site for some reason.
